These are sessions designed for players serious about improving, our High Performance Sessions are high-intensity, technical-focused sessions aimed at boosting core skills. The sessions will be delivered in small groups (max. 10 players) and groups will be formed based on standard, players will benefit from a high level of individual attention and quality coaching. Groups can be assigned, or players can join with their own group where we organise times, pitch, and structure. All sessions are led by FIH Level 2 qualified coach Mau and will take place in St Raphaela’s Secondary School.
