This one hour training block gives players the tools needed to become a better hockey player in Ireland's exciting hockey scene

Coached by Maulik Ghai, Coach Mau uses more than ten years of experience, lessons and expertise in hockey to train these 

​

- The sessions will take place every Saturday from 6-7:45pm

- Players will be assigned into groups of 8 - 10 players based on ability to play.

- Players are expected to arrive early before the High Performance Training Sessions to prepare for the hour of training ahead.

- Players from the ages of 8 to 17 years old are welcome to join
